I have gambled on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $40 bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
