I have gambled on millions of rounds of 21. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
