I have gambled on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of cash at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Wager $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
