I have gambled on countless of rounds of 21. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this method! And a few days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager

Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
